Elk Grove, Citrus Heights Police to Conduct DUI Saturation Patrols Tonight

As part of the county-wide crackdown to get drunk drivers off the road, three Sacramento County police departments will be conducting additional patrols tonight.

Now through the conclusion of Labor Day weekend, five police departments in Sacramento County will be participating in Drive Sober of Get Pulled Over. The program is being run in cooperation with California Office of Traffic Safety.

Tonight's DUI saturation patrols in Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, and Sacramento will start at 8 p.m. and run through 3 a.m. Sunday.
