Elk Grove Police Report Normal Arrest Activity For Three Day Holiday Weekend

Domestic violence. DUI. Reckless driving. Outstanding arrest warrants. Shoplifting. Public intoxication. Probation violations. Violating restraining orders.
These were among the 16 arrests made by Elk Grove Police over the four day period starting last Friday including the three day Presidents Day Holiday weekend ending last night.
Among the arrests, there were the following:
- There were five arrests for domestic violence, two of which resulted in visible injuries. Four of the suspects arrested were male and the other female.
- Two male suspects were arrested for shoplifting at the BelAir grocery store on Laguna Boulevard and the Bruceville Road Walmart.
- Two men were arrested in separate incident for public intoxication.
- Police arrested two male suspects for reckless and driving under the influence.
- Two male suspects were arrested for outstanding warrants
- One male suspect was taken into custody for violating terms of his probation.
Then on Monday night after being released from the Sacramento County Jail, Wiggington was again arrested on the 9200 block of Emerald Vista Drive for making criminal threats. Wiggington is being held on a $150,000 bail, faces two misdemeanor and one felony charges and is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow afternoon.
