We’re inviting local high school students to share their thoughts on: “If I were the Elk Grove City Manager, my City budget priorities would be…” Imagine you’re managing the city’s budget and tell us, in 500 words or less, what you’d prioritize. This isn’t just a writing contest—it’s a platform to influence real financial priorities. What would you focus on if you held the city’s purse strings? Cash prizes will be awarded to winning entries:
