Scherman's Mailers

Scherman's mailer was actually a part of a cooperative mailer touting other candidates and propositions. Given her high name recognition in Elk Grove and the need to capitalize on this, it is a curious move to use this relatively low cost low-impact throw-away mailer (and frankly poorly illustrated) in her hometown.

Perhaps it is a function of campaign finances or part of different strategy. In any case, if Scherman is going to win or place in this race, she will need to up the ante.
