A man arrested on suspicion of domestic violence charges is also facing felony kidnapping charges.

According to Elk Grove Police, 19-year old Revlon LaShay Scoggins Jr. of Sacramento was involved in an argument with his victim that escalated into a physical confrontation. During the course of the confrontation, Scoggins allegedly grabbed his vicitm by the wrist and forced the victim to walk with him.

Scoggins was arrested and booked into the county jail where he is facing two misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, one misdemeanor narcotic charge, and a felony kidnapping charge. He is being held on $110,000 bail.   

The victim was issued an emergency protective order.
