Probationers Arrested by Elk Grove Police For Warrants, Possesion of Stolen Firearm

Two individuals on probation were taken into custody on Saturday after a traffic stop in Elk Grove.

On the afternoon of Saturday, December 31, a vehicle being driven by Shiree Donte Williams, 31 (above right), of Sacramento was stopped for a vehicle code violation on the 9100 block of West Stockton Boulevard.  A records check revealed that Williams and his passenger, Sky Lee Fike (above left), 27, of Elk Grove were both on probation and that Fike also had an outstanding arrest warrant. 

 A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded handgun that had been reported stolen. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the county jail. 

Both suspects are not eligible for bail and will be arraigned on January 4
