An Elk Grove man is being held at the Sacramento County Jail following his early morning arrest by Elk Grove Police.

Just before 4 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, Bryan Haas (pictured above), 31, of Elk Grove exited the Elk Grove Boulevard Walmart store carrying a backpack that caused the security sensor alarm to activate.
