Three Probationer Suspects Arrested in Separate Incidents by Elk Grove Police

Three suspects, all of whom are on probation, were taken into custody yesterday by Elk Grove Police.

On Wednesday, May 31 probationers were arrested starting in the morning when Kamal Deep Singh, 31, was arrested for allegedly violating a court order. Singh, who is scheduled for arraignment on Friday, June 2, is being held on $10,000 bail with three misdemeanor charges including violation of a court order, domestic violence, and violation of probation.  

The second arrest came after Harvis Earl Berry, 31 of Elk Grove was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance and for violating the conditions of his probation. Berry, who is being held on three felony charges and not eligible for release, is scheduled for arraignment on Friday, June 2.  

The third suspect taken into custody was Dustin Michael Rodis, 42, of Elk Grove after he was contacted in a vehicle stop by Elk Grove Police. A record check show Rodis was on probation and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

Rodis is held on three misdemeanor charges and is not eligible for release. Arraignment is scheduled for Friday, June 2.
