Washington Woman Arrested by Elk Grove Police After Allegedly Hitting Victim With Vehicle

A suspect from Graham, Wash. is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail on domestic violence charges after she allegedly struck her victim with the vehicle she was operating.

Early on the evening of Sunday, July 9, a victim who was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by Stephanie Marie Flores (pictured above), 43, attempted to exit the vehicle on the 9200 block of Big Horn Boulevard. As the victim was removing a child from the vehicle, Flores allegedly lurched the vehicle forward resulting in the victim's foot being run over.

After the victim was fully exited, Flores allegedly continued to strike the victim with the vehicle resulting in visible injury. Flores was arrested and booked into the county jail where she is being held on three felony charges for domestic violence and child endangerment and a $50,000 bail. 

Arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11.
