Motorist in Elk Grove Reportedly Indecently Exposes Self

A motorist reportedly indecently exposed himself yesterday in Elk Grove.
At 4 p.m. the victim was walking on the 10200 block of Blossom Ridge Drive in the East Franklin neighborhood when an unknown suspect drove by in his sedan. As the motorist passed the victim, he allegedly indecently exposed himself.
The vehicle was a silver or gray four door Ford Focus. The suspect was described as white male adult in his 20's, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
