Suspect Questioned By Elk Grove Police Near Frequently Burglarized Business Allegedly in Possession of Stun Gun

A suspect contacted by police was arrested after he was found in possession of a stun gun.

Shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24 Elk Grove Police contacted Nolan Dannel Baird, 43, of Sacramento. Baird was located behind a business on the 9200 block of Bendel Place that has been burglarized.

A record check revealed Baird had a criminal record and a search of his vehicle led to the discovery of a stun gun. Baird admitted that the stun gun belonged to him.

The suspect was arrested on charges of a felon in possession of a stun gun and booked into the county jail. Nolan has been released on bail.
