Search Warrants Served on Six Marijuana Grow Houses, Two Suspects Arrested by Elk Grove Police

Two suspects are being held in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after Elk Grove Police executed six search warrants.

Detectives from the Elk Grove Police Department served a six-location search warrant on the morning of Tuesday, February 21. The warrants were served on the 9400 block of Daniels Court., 9200 block of Trout Way, 8800 block of Boysenberry Way, 9600 block of Amber Waves Way, 9100 block of Grantline Road. and 2200 block of Heger Way.

The raid netted over 4,100 plants and 305 pounds of processed marijuana. Two suspects, De Kun Zheng, 44, and Lina Chu, 31, both of Elk Grove were arrested, booked into the county jail and face two misdemeanor and two felony charges. 

Both suspects will be arraigned on Friday, February 23 and are not eligible for bail.
