Suspect Found in Possession of 4 Pounds of Marijuana, Arrested by Elk Grove Police

A Sacramento man is in custody after he was allegedly found in possession of four pounds of marijuana. 

Shortly after 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, Elk Grove Police responded to a call for service on the 7400 block of Sheldon Road. Officers contacted Quyen Le, 44, of Sacramento inside a parked vehicle. 

When Le exited his vehicle, paraphernalia reportedly fell to the ground. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and about four pounds of marijuana. 

Le was booked into the county jail where he is being held on $565,000 bail and faces two felony and three misdemeanor charges. Arraignment will be on Friday, March 23.
