Suspects Arrested by Elk Grove Police For Outstanding Warrant, Alleged Car Theft

Two suspects in separate incidents remain in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after being arrested by Elk Grove Police on Monday, April 17.

The first arrest came just before 4 p.m. when officers spotted a suspect with an outstanding warrant near Lewis Stein and Sheldon roads. Daniel Jonathan Fellmeth, 32, of Elk Grove is not eligible for bail and is charged with one felony and one misdemeanor charge of vandalism. 

Another arrest record that matches Fellmeth's physical description shows an arrest in Hattiesburg, Mississippi in July 2013 for "simple assault" and disorderly conduct. 

The second suspect arrested was just after 9 p.m. near Bond and Elk Grove-Florin roads. Paul Lynn Archer, 33, of Elk Grove who is on probation was found to be in possession of a reported stolen vehicle and narcotics.

Archer is held on $82,500 bail for three misdemeanor and three felony charges. Arraignment will be on Wednesday, April 18.
