Armed Gunmen Rob, Pistol Whip Victims in Late Night Elk Grove Incident

Two victims in a parked car were robbed and assaulted by three unknown suspects in a late night incident in Elk Grove.

The two victims were in the vicinity the Grisham Way and Michener Way on the city's north side when they were approached by three unknown suspects. One of the suspects opened the vehicle's door, pulled out a firearm and demanded the property of the individual.

After the victim complied, the vehicle's other occupant was hit in the head by the pistol by the suspect holding the weapon. The suspect then gave the gun to an accomplice and demanded the person who was struck in the head to relinquish their personal property, but the victim did not comply, and the suspects fled on foot.

The suspect who first displayed the gun was described as an African American male, 20-23 years old, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. The suspect who took the weapon for the first suspect was described as an African American male, 17 years old, wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt and the other accomplice was described as an African American male, 20-23 years old, wearing a red jacket.
