A search warrant served by the Elk Grove Police Department's Street Crimes Unit led to the seizure of over 780 marijuana plants.
At 7 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28 the search warrants were served on the 9600 block of Mindoka Way and 10000 block of Waterfield Drive, Detectives seized over 780 plants and arrested Jia Wen Zhu, 27.
Zhu was booked into the county jail and is not eligible for bail. Arraignment is on Thursday, August 29.
