Dancing on the Dais - Who says elected officials can't be entertaining?




Ofter politicians are viewed through a narrow lens. At times they can provide humor but often that happens inadvertently. 

During a presentation on a feasibility study on the relocation of the Sacramento Zoo during the Wednesday, March 23 Elk Grove City Council meeting, Councilmember Pat Hume seemed to enjoy entertaining the audience with his display of physical exuberance. 

Well done Councilmember Hume - elected officials can be entertaining!

Those who pay attention to local politics have long known that Pat Hume is a politician famous for using the tactic of burying people by speaking in long-drawn sentences. Hume is a master of torrents of words.

And thanks to EGN, we now have the accompanying hand gestures that totally reflect Hume talking in circles.
