First challenger to Elk Grove Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen files candidacy intentions statement

The first candidate to formally challenge Elk Grove Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen filed candidacy papers on April 12 with the Elk Grove City Clerk.
That candidate is Brian Pastor, who was one of three candidates who sought office in 2020. In that election Pastor came in third place with 15.374 votes or 18-perccent.
Pastor has kept his 2020 campaign website open but it has not been updated to reflect his current status. During the 2020 campaign, Pastor provided a recording which can be heard below.
