Elk Grove police seek residential robbery suspects

ELK GROVE, CA – On June 5, 2008 at 10:13 a.m., the Elk Grove Police Department responded to a call regarding a residential robbery that had taken place in the 8200 block of Calvine Road (Geneva Pointe Apartments).

According to the resident, he was inside his apartment when he heard someone knocking on the front door. When the resident opened the door, two suspects forced their way into his apartment and displayed a handgun and demanded property. The suspects gathered several items belonging to the victim and fled the residence in an unknown direction. The resident was not injured during this incident.

The first suspect is described as an African-American male (16 to 17-years-old), wearing a black mask, black t-shirt, black jeans armed with a black handgun. The second suspect is described as an African-American male (16 to 17-years-old), wearing a long sleeve white t-shirt with tight fitting blue jeans.
