Mulberg, Dawson win seats on Florin Resources Conservation Board

Eliot Mulberg and Eliot Dawson have won seats on the FRCB. The FRCB owns and operates the Elk Grove Water Service Company. Currently 77% of precincts have reported.

Mulberg's election marks a sort of comeback for the former EGCSD board member. After losing a bid for the Elk Grove City council, Mulberg relocated and relinquished his CSD seat. Mulberg has moved back to the area and this vicotry could relaunch Mulberg's local political career.
