This pile of trash was sited today near Laguna Creek on the 9300 block of Elk Grove-Florin Rd. near the state fish and game facility. Looks like someone cleaned out their garage and decided to use this vacant lot as a garbage bin.
Let's hope the city gets this cleaned up p.d.q. and the gate repaired before others do the same.

Thank you for posting the picture of the illegally dumped trash. I am pleased to let you and your readers know that crews were removing the debris as of 11 am today (12/19). Staff is also working with the property owner to secure the property. Please call the City's Community Enhancement Department at 687-3023 if you spot other illegal dumping sites.
