An Elk Grove mother told police last week that her son was a suspect in the robbery of her house.

According to the Elk Grove Police daily incidents report, Deborah Lindsey's house on Heartleaf was burglarized and she believed her 18-year old son Kyle Lindsey was responsible.

The younger Lyndsey was currently in custody in county jail for an unrelated charge when detectives contacted him. Detectives determined that Lindsey was responsible for the burglary and it was added to his charges.
