Please fix the timing on the traffic signal for Northbound Emerald Oak after 6AM on weekdays. There can be no traffic in either direction on Elk Grove Blvd and the wait will still exceed two minutes...may be longer. It is so bad that most people cut through the Carl's Jr parking lot to avoid the wait at the intersection.
