An Elk Grove resident was arrested Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of domestic violence.
According to Elk Grove Police, 39 year-old Hung Chow was in a verbal argument with the victim that became physical. When the victim attempted to leave the residence, Hung allegedly grabbed and struck the victim.
The victim displayed visible signs of injury. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
