The Elk Grove Police are seeking the public’s help in locating three sisters who were placed in foster care in Elk Grove yesterday.

According to police reports, three sisters, Kelli Yang, 16, Mai Tia Yang 12 and Mally Yang, 7 were taken into child protective services from their North Sacramento home on Thursday and placed in foster in Elk Grove.

After arriving in their foster home, the girls were given permission to visit a nearby park. After the children failed to return, an extensive search and investigation was conducted by Elk Grove Police, Sacramento City Police and the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department and the girls were not located.

It appears the trio left foster care voluntarily and there no was criminal activity. However, the girls were entered into the missing person system. If you have any information as to their whereabouts, please contact Elk Grove Police.
