A women was mugged late Sunday night at an Elk Grove ATM.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, the victim had just used an ATM on the 7400 block of Laguna Boulevard at 10:15 pm and was walking away when an unknown person ran towards her and pulled the purse from her arm. The suspect fled on foot with the purse.
The suspect is described at a 17-year old black male, medium build and was wearing a colored shirt. The victim was not hurt.

Colored shirt? That doesn't seem like a big clue, but it is. He will probably stand out since he's not wearing a 5XL white tee shirt.
