Huber To Host Foreclosure Workshop This Saturday in Elk Grove

Assemblymember Alyson Huber will be hosting a free Foreclosure and Neighborhood Enhancement workshop for residents of the 10th Assembly District this Saturday, August 29, in Elk Grove at Laguna Creek High School.

At each workshop, there will be organizations ready to assist individuals who may be facing home foreclosure. Bring any mortgage statements if assistance is needed. Lenders include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, JP Morgan and Cal HFA.

Additionally, city agencies and others will be on hand to offer tips to homeowners on smart home improvements, how to handle complaints about unoccupied properties and other neighborhood programs. Agencies in attendance will include Elk Grove Enhancement Department and Department of Consumer Affairs, California Housing Finance Agency.
