Following last night's Elk Grove City Charter Commission, commission member Christopher Orrock submitted his resignation to Mayor Patrick Hume. According to the city's public information officer, Orrock's resignation was e-mailed last night at 10:21.
Orrock was appointed by Hume in May, 2008.
Orrock has not responeded to e-mail request seeking comment on his departure.
