Two armed robbers held up a Circle K convenience store-gas station early Sunday morning.

According to police reports, two unknown suspects entered the store located on the 2300 block of Laguna Boulevard near Interstate 5 demanding money from an employee. One suspect was armed with a handgun and ordered the employee to lay face down in the back of the business. While the armed suspect was watching the employee, the second suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

Both suspect then exited the store and fled on foot.

Physical descriptions, possible getaway car

The first suspect was described as Black male, 25 to 30 years of age, 6’ tall, 170 lbs and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a blue handkerchief across his face. The second suspect was described a Black male, 25 to 30 years of age, 5’10”, 180 lbs and wearing black hooded sweatshirt with an unknown color handkerchief across his face.

The suspects may have fled the area is a faded red compact car.
