Michael Rector, 21, of San Andreas was arrested about 12:15 a.m. Friday at 2nd Avenue and Elk Grove Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to an Elk Grove Police Department report.
Rector was transported to Sacramento County’s main jail, the report stated.
