Child custody dispute leads to physical fight between two men

Elk Grove Police arrested two men following a physical altercation stemming from a child custody dispute.

According to police reports, 31-year old Mark Harvey of Elk Grove and 31-year old Nathaniel Watson were involved in a physical altercation on the 8900 block of Sierra Street. Harvey reported retrieved a golf club from the residence and brandished it at Watson. In response Watson then reportedly broke a window and mirror on Harvey's truck.

Both parities placed each other citizen's arrest. Responding officers issued misdemeanor citations and released.
