EGPD searching for vehicle in connection to murder

Over the last 48-hours, Elk Grove Police detectives have been conducting interviews of possible witnesses along with canvassing the area in an effort to locate anyone who would be able to provide additional information regarding the homicide on E.Stockton Blvd. Based on witness information, Detectives are asking for help from the community in locating a vehicle that was seen driving in the area after the shooting.

The vehicle was described as being a tan or light brown 1999 to 2003 Ford F150 pickup truck (similar to vehicle pictured below). Anyone with information regarding this crime is asked to call the Elk Grove Police Department Communication Center (916) 714-5115 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357). Callers to Crime Alert can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
