Elk Grove Police Arrest Two Suspects For Vehicle Theft

Two men were arrested early Monday morning after it was discovered they were in possession of a stolen vehicle.

According to Elk Grove Police, officers were dispatched to the 8800 block of Harvest Hill Way after receiving reports of suspicious activity. Responding officers observed 25-year old Anilesh Prasad and 24-year old Kyle Tennsion, both of Elk Grove, in the described vehicle.

Officers detained both suspects and a records check revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen and that Prasad had an active arrest warrant for his arrest. Both suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail.
