An Elk Grove man was arrested for being loaded on two different accounts early Friday morning
According to Elk Grove Police, 19-year-old Benjamin McGlothin of Elk Grove was operating a car Friday morning that hit a tree on on the 9000 block of Vicino Drive.
Upon contact the suspect displayed objective signs of impairment and was found to be in possession of loaded handgun in his pocket.
The suspect was arrested and taken to the county jail.
