Dear STRONG and Ms. Valles,
Thank you for your letter! Please know I hear you and respect your concerns and passion to create a healthy and safe living environment. You had my attention well before you submitted this letter.
In fact, that is why I have asked to attend the meeting with you and the complex management next week. Additionally, I have been working with the management of your complex to persuade them to be responsive to you - which is exactly what I told you I would do at the Council Meeting.
I am counting on the April 18th meeting to be productive and will be (already am), your advocate! See you soon!

Good response, Gary! I know that you have long had concerns about second-hand smoke. Hope you can work out a solution.
