In what appears to be an on-going community problem, there was another case of youth-on-youth violence in Elk Grove. 

According to Elk Grove Police, another case happened Thursday night at Morse Park on the city's west side. In this case the 12-year old male victim was inside the bowl skating ring when he was approached by an unknown suspect who punched him in the face then grabbed the victim's cell phone from his jacket pocket.

The suspect who fled the scene was described as Hispanic male aged 16 to 18 wearing a black skirt and cargo pants. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect and the victim did not require medical attention.
