As has been the case in the last several days, Elk Grove Police responded to a shoplifting call at the local Wal Mart Store.

According to police reports, officers responded to a call from the Wal Mart store on Elk Grove Blvd. regarding two suspect who left the store with stolen merchandise and were driving away. Responding officers were able to locate the two shoplifting suspects a short distance away.

After making an enforcement stop, officers detained 25-year-old Analisa Leongcall and 58-year-old Vivian Moore, both of Sacramento. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of the stolen merchandise, marijuana, narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia.

Both suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail where Moore was released on bail and Leongcall is still in custody.
