A Sacramento man was arrested late yesterday morning after he refused to sign a traffic ticket.
According to Elk Grove Police 37-year-old Hoang Nguyen was stopped for a vehicle code violation on the 9100 block of Luccesi Drive. Nguyen refused to sign the citation and was advised his refusal would lead to an arrest.
The suspect ws instructed to exit his vehicle so he could be arrested and when the officer began to handcuff him, he began a struggle with the officer. After the officer gained control, Nguyen was arrested and taken to the county jail.
