Elk Grove Police were able to apprehend a man accused of reckless driving yesterday morning with the help of tire spikes.
According to police reports, officers responded to Laguna Blvd. and Old Creek Drive after receiving reports of a reckless driver. When officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop, 36-year old Marcus Hill did not yield and led officers on a low speed pursuit.
