Elk Grove citizen criticizes Council Member Davis for refusal to meet

Elk Grove citizen Nikki Carpenter lambasted Council Member Gary Davis for refusing to meet with her and an associate regarding the city's planned expansion. The comments were made during the Wednesday meeting of the Elk Grove City Council.

As is customary for council members, Davis did not respond to the criticism during the meeting.
