Wanted Man Collared at Elk Grove Wal Mart

A shoplifting suspect was arrested yesterday morning at the Elk Grove Blvd. Wal Mart.

According to Elk Grove Police, 31-year old Joe Martinez of Sacramento was detained after he was allegedly observed shoplifting. A records check found that Martinez had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

The suspect was arrested and taken to the county jail where he was released yesterday. The suspect faces an August 18 arraignment on a variety of misdemeanor charges.
