Elderly Lady Robbed in Elk Grove Grocery Store Parking Lot

A 76-year old woman's purse was snatched yesterday morning as she was loading groceries in her car.

According to Elk Grove Police, the victim was loading groceries at the Winco grocery store on Sheldon Road when a two door white Honda drove by. Using the car, the driver pushed the grocery cart which then hit the victim.

An occupant in the Honda grabbed the victim's purse and drove away. No further information about the suspect is currently available.
