In two separate incidents early Monday morning, suspects were arrested by Elk Grove Police.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m officer were dispatched to the 8500 block of Elk Grove Boulevard regarding a suspicious person. Upon arrival, officers contacted 40-year old Raymond Bishop, described as a transient. A consent search led to the discovery of narcotics paraphernalia. Raymond was arrested but was released later in the day.

The other person arrested was 51-year old Lindi Jean Fleeman of Elk Grove. Fleeman was contacted on the 8400 block of Elk Grove Boulevard just after 3 a.m. while seated inside a vehicle that had been reported stolen. 

Fleeman was arrested and booked in the county jail and is being held on $20,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
