Chicago Fire Grand Opening Elk Grove Store Next Monday

Next week a well-regarded Sacramento-based restaurant chain will hold a grand opening ceremony of  its newest location in Elk Grove. 

Chicago Fire, which is located at 7101 Laguna Blvd. will open for business on the site formerly occupied by TGI Friday's. Nationally known Elk Grove political leader Vice Mayor Steve Ly and members of the Elk Grove City Council, business leaders and community members will take part in the ribbon cutting ceremony. 

In a press release, the City of Elk Grove said "Chicago Fire Pizza is a welcome addition to the local dining scene and follows other recent additions including Jack’s Urban Eats, Flaming Grill Café, Oz Korean BBQ, Sage Mill, and Blast 825."

The ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. The store is said to employ 120 workers.
