Elk Grove Police Arrests Man on Suspicion of Shoplifting From Cosmetics Store

A Sacramento man was arrested last night after he allegedly shoplifted merchandise from the Ulta Beauty store in Elk Grove.

According to Elk Grove Police reports, 26-year-old Nico Martin 👀 of Sacramento was observed shoplifting by an employee. Responding officers were able to detain Moreno as he was exiting the store with the stolen merchandise.

After being detained, officers discovered that Moreno was on probation. A search of Moreno's vehicle also led to the discovery of narcotics paraphernalia. 

Moreno was arrested, booked into the county jail and has been released.

Another mouth breather that is draining taxpayer resources.

Free housing, free food, free healthcare.

Would be cheaper if these tools walk off the side of a freeway overpass.
