Suspect Arrested For Carrying Concealed Weapon, Brandishing Gun at Elk Grove Fast Food Restaurant

Elk Grove Police arrested a suspect early yesterday morning after he allegedly brandished a gun while waiting in the drive-thru lane of a local fast food outlet.

Officers were dispatched to the Jack In The Box on the corner of Bond and Elk Grove-Florin roads after receiving a weapons disturbance call. The victim indicated that he had been in an argument with the driver of another vehicle, a 21-year old suspect of Elk Grove, while in the drive-thru lane. 

During the argument, the suspect allegedly brandished a handgun at the victim then drove away. The victim provided responding officers with a description of the vehicle and a license plate number. 

Responding officers located the described vehicle being driven by the suspect and conducted a vehicle stop near Bond and Grant Line roads. The suspect and another occupant were detained and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded handgun on the driver’s side floorboard and narcotics. 

The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail but has been released on bail. Charges include brandishing a gun, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a controlled substance.

Uhh why is this still up , we went to the court date, and this is not what they had on record, Slander? They found out who wrote this i think they might persue the author that has written it. Thanks.
