Man Robbed at Gunpoint in Elk Grove By Known Suspect

A male victim was robbed at gunpoint by a known suspect in Elk Grove yesterday.

At 6 p.m. the victim was on the 5000 block of Laguna Boulevard when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property.

After the victim complied with the demands and turning over his personal property, the suspect fled the scene on a scooter and the victim was not injured. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect. 

Elk Grove Police have not released the name of the suspect.
