With less than 40 hours until polls open, Dr. Ami Bera held a get out the vote rally for his cadre of volunteers at his Elk Grove, Calif. campaign office this afternoon. Bera, a second term Democrat representing California 7th Congressional District is being challenged by Republican Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones. 

Along with several volunteers, Bera was joined by Congressman Jared Huffman (D- San Rafael, Calif.) and Calif. State Assemblymember, Jim Cooper (D - Elk Grove). The race between Bera and Jones is expected to be one of the country's closest and most expensive Congressional races.
