A new independently produced two-hour documentary titled "James Butts' Shills: How He Promotes Violence, Bigotry And Violations Of Civil Rights" has been released on YouTube.
The two-plus hour film documents the battle between Butts, who is Mayor of Inglewood, Calif. and local activist Joseph Teixeira.
