Suspects in three separate domestic violence incidents this weekend in Elk Grove were arrested by police.

The first incident occurred on the afternoon of Saturday, May 13 when Elk Grove resident Peaches J. Oliver, 36, allegedly threw items and punched her victim several times in the chest.  Oliver was arrested and booked into the county jail where she was released later that day.

On the morning of Sunday, May 14 Michael A. Seagers, 22, of Elk Grove allegedly his victim to the ground, and prevented the victim from moving which resulted in visible injuries. The victim was granted an emergency protective order and Seagers remains in custody at the county jail on a $55,000 bail with arraignment scheduled for Tuesday, May 16. 

The final weekend incident handled by Elk Grove Police happened on the late Sunday evening when Elk Grove resident Benjamin Lamson, 29, allegedly pushed his victim into a bathtub. Lamson was arrested and booked into the county jail but not further information on his disposition is currently available.
